On-site Support

Many issues can be solved within an hour. We'll evaluate the situation and let you know as soon as possible if the job will take longer. If it turns out your computer needs more time and attention than is practical at your location, we can turn the call into a free pickup, and will do a thorough job in-shop.

Remote Support

As long as you can connect to the internet, we can help you remotely. As always, there is no charge if we don't fix your problem!

In-shop Computer Repair

This includes:

• free pickup
• physical cleaning of both the inside and outside of your computer (internal dust build-up can lead to noisy fans and overheating issues)
• complete check-up including diagnostics of hard drive, memory test, and inspection for other issues such as leaking capacitors
• recovery or backup & restore of your data (as needed)
• guaranteed repair of your computer's problem
• check/install Windows updates, all device drivers, and software you need
• free delivery - we'll hook everything up again on delivery and make sure everything works together, including your printer

Here is some of what we can do for you:

• Upgrades - Often a small investment in your computer can massively improve its performance and extend its life.
• Backup solutions - Preparation is vital because things DO unexpectedly break. How many important documents or pictures would you lose if your computer failed today?
• Virus/malware/adware removal - Get that infection cleaned up professionally.
• Routine cleaning & maintenance - Take care of your computer, don't wait until it fails you! Maintenance can help prevent unexpected problems, reducing downtime and potential for loss of data.
• Operating system reinstallation - Sometimes needed to fix errors, speed up a junked up computer, or simply upgrade to a newer and better operating system. Don't worry about your files - we'll back them up to a safe location and transfer them to the new system for you.
• Data recovery - We can often retrieve your lost documents, pictures, and other information. If you think you deleted some files by accident - turn off your device! If you continue to use it before your files are recovered, you will most likely permanently erase them.
• Networking - Get all your devices on the internet, and/or communicating with each other securely.

People love watching JW Broadcasting, Netflix, YouTube, and Pandora radio on their big screens, just to name a few. It's very easy to use, but there's a process to go through when setting it up initially.
